You can use the designs from this shop for non-profit or commercial use with no extra credit required. More recently added products have an option where you can choose from just personal use (which is cheaper!) OR commercial use - look out for this!

Personal Use products

Personal/non profit use means that you can use the designs for:

    * Personal web blog designs, and personal web site designs (not relating to a job
      or business)
    * Scrapbook pages for yourself or as gifts to friends
    * Card making and crafts for yourself or as gifts to friends
    * Design work for charity (though contact me first please, and credit is usually
      required for this use), 
    * Personal artwork projects
    * College or school
    * Other uses that doesnt make you or anyone else money
 

Commercial Use - If the product you purchased is labelled commercial use, or if you chose the commercial use option

YOU CAN USE MELS BRUSHES PRODUCTS COMMERCIALLY AS LISTED BELOW

1. Creating Printed stationery , hand made or printed cards, in brochures, flyers, businesscards, all sorts of printed stationery elements
2. Creating Logos and use the cliparts as part of the design. You may not use a graphic 'as is' as a LOGO by itself.
3. Printed games, collage sheets, stickers, decals, textile material, clothing
4. Creating tangible home decor elements, jewelry, ornaments..etc, vinyl stickers, wall decals, printable decoration elements
5. Website/ Blog templates, banners, headers, footers, buttons, store fronts, as long as the design is flattened at 72 dpi and cannot be extracted.
6. Digi tools (specifically this means overlays, swatch sets, brush sets, pattern sets) can be used to create digital papers, kit elements or backgrounds if the graphics are flattened, used within your own work and cannot be extractable.
7. Digitized embroidery and reselling is ok ( digitized embroidery formats as digital download)


YOU CANNOT RESELL MELS BRUSHES CLIPART PRODUCTS AS DIGITAL DOWNLOAD PRODUCTS LISTED BELOW :

1. DIGITAL DOWNLOADS AS IS or ALTERED
2. AS CLIPART /ELEMENT SET even its gathered with other elements such as chipboards, alphas, layered quickpages, element sets,,).
3. AS LAYERED TEMPLATE such as Photoshop layered album templates, layered Photo card templates,  (or flattened template  where your customer can extract the design)
4. CREATING A COLLAGE SHEET for Etsy,  type of websites as same clipart and send customer digital files  ( YOU CAN ONLY SELL PRINTED COLLAGE SHEETS )

Extended Licenses/ Logo licenses

For high quantities of reproduction (over 2000), you can either buy a standard license again, or you may buy an extended license.

For print/tangible/web goods:
Unlimited reproduction, or use of the designs for business logos is £30
Resale licence (to sell the design 'as is' in any format is £175

Remember that you are buying a license to use the design, not the design itself. I retain the copyright to the design.

Please contact me about extended licenses, stating your full name, address, and the usage you require.

Clarification

Please contact melsbrushes.co.uk for advice if you’re unsure about the type of license you need for your project. You may be asked to produce your proof of purchase/print run receipt if there is doubt as to your usage of my images.
Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MelsBrushes (Mel Rodicq) against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to a breach of this Agreement, the use of this site and the use or the inability of use of any Image, your failure to abide by any restriction regarding the use of an Image, or any claim by a third party related to the use of an Image.
