Whether you are a graphic designer, digital scrapbooker, photographer, or web developer, I hope you can find something here to suit, either here in the shop or amongst the freebie section of my blog. If you don’t see what you need, just drop me a line and make a suggestion.

How to shop

Browse the menu on the left to find what you're looking for, then click on the product you wish to view. To purchase, click on the green add to basket button on the bottom right. The basket will flash briefly to show that the item has been added. Now you either carry on browsing or shopping or click on View Basket in the left hand menu to pay.
 

How to pay

When you're ready to checkout, click on View basket in the left menu. Check the details on the first page showing your orders. If its all correct click the  checkout button.
If you are a first time customer, you can either follow the instructions to make an account or just fill in your invoice details on the next page.  An account makes it easier to return and shop, check your orders, retrieve downloads and also allows you to download freebies. Whichever method you choose make sure your email address is right - otherwise you won't get your downloads!  On the next screen, check the order once more and click place order. The next screen will guide you through to paypal to complete your order. You will receive your download to your email address soon (most often immediately) after payment. You can also get to your downloads by logging in to your account (under the search box on the homepage)  and going to order history, then View order.

Who is Mel anyway?

I’m from Stroud in Gloucestershire, UK - a lovely part of the world to live in. I work as a freelance  designer and also a video artist – you can see some my VJ mixes here.

My blog is an enjoyable part of my work and has been running for 3 years or so now. I began putting sets of photoshop brushes which I had produced during various personal design projects on deviant art a few years ago. They proved so popular that I thought i’d make a one-stop place to view and download the sets, and also to provide a few beginners tutorials.

You can contact me  for more info, brush licenses or any other design related requests or questions. Do check my FAQ and read the terms of use pages first though to see if your question has already been answered. I always try to reply to email enquiries by the end of the next working day. My usual working hours are 9am – 3pm GMT Monday to Friday. You can also follow Melsbrushes on twitter and facebook.
